Our Beginning

Six years ago,
Aya began her journey with a simple idea: to bring natural, authentic food to
people’s tables — the way our homes once made it,
with no additives and no compromise. She started with genuine passion and a
belief that great products speak for themselves.

From olive oil
and honey to za’atar, tahini,
dates, pomegranate molasses, and granola — all the way to Palestinian heritage
baked goods we preserve in every detail — every product carries a story and an
